Cheers Ridgefield Opens on Main Street

Cheers! A new Main Street wine and liquor shopping experience has arrived in Ridgefield.

Ridgefield resident Michael Evans is excited to welcome you to Cheers Ridgefield at 393 Main Street, the space that once housed Liberta's Spirit Shoppe.

Evans, who purchased the shop from Kimmarie Pharmakides, plans on getting to know each and every customer and providing them top notch service. "I will be here every day of the week," says Evans.

Evans, former Information Technology employee turned spirit shop owner, has always had a passion for fine wine and wants to making your shopping and tasting experience at Cheers Ridgefield fun, easy and educational.

Patrons can look forward to taking a seat at one of the bar stools, tasting a variety of wines (every day of the week), and learning a bit about where the wine hails from and what it is comprised of.

"We will have flat screen TV behind the bar," says Evans. The TV will take tasters on a photographic and informational tour of the wine - its region and components.

While 80-85% of the shop inventory will be "what they expect to find in a liquor store", Evans will stock some boutique that Evans has come to know and love.

Visit the Cheers website  for online ordering, complete with an option of free local delivery (depending on quantity ordered). "I want to focus on customer convenience," says Evans.

Cheers!
