Regulatory / Clinical Compliance / QAPI – RN
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Manager. Primary responsibility is continuous development and monitoring of the agency’s regulatory compliance, quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives & activities. Assists with agency educational activities related to Clinical Compliance and QAPI. Experienced hospice and home care RN, licensed in state of CT with a BSN required. Solid knowledge of Federal/State COPs & regulations a must. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
Hospice Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA
Regional Hospice and Home Care’s is looking for Certified Nurses Assistants to work with our hospice patients who are residing in their private homes or in the community. Applicants must have documentation of an approved certified nursing assistant program by the State of Connecticut. Applicants must also have reliable transportation and be comfortable making home visits. One Year experience as a CNA, preferably one year experience as a certified nursing assistant caring for patients at end of life.
Hospice Associate Chaplain – part time
Regional Hospice and Home Care is looking for a part-time Associate Chaplain to provide spiritual and pastoral care to the patients and families on our home hospice and in-patient hospice program. This position will report directly to the Manager of Spiritual Care
Qualifications must include:
- Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology with a Master’s of Divinity Degree, Doctorate, or an equivalent.
- Previous experience with hospice programs, counseling of patients and families involved with terminal illness, and bereavement issues preferred.
- Four units of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) or an equivalent counseling training is preferred. Some counseling training, counseling in hospice, or at least One Unit of CPE is required.
- Demonstrated ability to be open, flexible and ecumenical.
- A car and valid driver’s license.
- Computer literate.
