The New York Times paid special attention this week to one of Ridgefield's local businesses: Swoon Gluten Free Bakery!
In Sarah Gold's article, "Lining Up (Early) for Boutique Pastries in Connecticut," she mentions three favorites: Hen & Heifer (Guilford), Gingerbitz (New Canaan) and Swoon. Although a gluten and nut-free bakery, Gold's mention of Swoon focuses on their "niche in catering to a different, equally discriminating clientele: the gluten-averse."
