Just in time for Memorial Day - we caught members of the Caudatowa Garden Club sprucing up the front of Town Hall today!
These dedicated horticulturalists are committed to beautification of Ridgefield. Their Annual Ballard Green House plant sale, and "Rid Litter Days" are appreciated and enjoyed by the entire Ridgefield community.
In case you were wondering, Caudatowa is the Native American word for "high land," "the name given to what we refer to as Ridgefield by the Ramapoo Indians, the area's first known inhabitants," the Caudatowa Garden Club explains.
