Fairfield County Bank has developed with Horizn several modules focused on product education, in partcular mobile banking services.
Stephen Wooters, EVP of Digital Banking, and Payments for Fairfield County Bank stated, “Customer Experience is a hallmark of Fairfield County Bank since our early days. In those days, the reference might have been customer service, today with digital capability and Omni channel delivery we can provide the experience and service on the client's channel of choice. Developing our MobileLearn solution has given us an excellent opportunity to change our employee-training model to make it easy, fun and always available. This tool enables employees to embrace new service and products and deliver solutions based on customer needs. We plan to extend our MobileLearn models to our customers as Digital Demos.” He added, “Sometimes marketplace perceptions of Community Banks such as Fairfield County Bank is that we lag the national banks in our delivery of digital solutions. We are committed to innovation of our digital solutions for our customers; delivering where, when and how they want. Our partnership with Horizn has indeed enabled us to be first in the United States to use this technology for training and soon for customer education.”
