We posted about Prime Burger's big taco announcement earlier today. We have an update for you - hot off the press!
The same three guys that brought Ridgefield Prime and Prime Burger to Ridgefield are soon to open Prime Taco in a "prime" downtown Ridgefield. While the exact location can't be disclosed yet, owners Ed Bistany, Anthony Valente, and Bob Sperry are hoping to open in late summer.
The formula will mimic Prime Burger: fast casual, make your own tacos, burritos and quesadilla and a focus on high quality products and friendly service. But, Prime Taco will offer something its sister location doesn't: frozen margaritas, craft beer and wine.
Bob Sperry says he will announce the location in about thirty days. Stay tuned!
