On Saturday, April 1, what was originally the garage of a century-old building was transformed into a tranquil wellness space that feels as if you are stepping into someone’s home. Ridgefielder Meredith Mulhearn launched Cucumber & Chamomile Restorative Living, adjacent to the existing Tea Shop. Mulhearn celebrated the launch with friends, family, and local business owners on Wednesday, April 12th with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held by the Chamber of Commerce.
Led by her personal history of health struggles, Mulhearn was inspired to help others in a situation similar to her own. Because Mulhearn struggled when seeking support, she’s on a mission to provide the best resources in a nurturing environment. Mulhearn feels strongly that, “our offerings, while feeling indulgent, are truly a necessity for long-term wellness.”
Now, after indulging in an uplifting cup of matcha at the Tea Shop at Cucumber & Chamomile, you can pop right next door to explore restorative yoga, meditation, reiki, reflexology, nutrition therapy, massage, hypnotherapy, naturopathic physician services and more. The Restorative Living center combines the benefits of wellness and mindfulness in one location. Passionate practitioners guide clients to a new level of health as they combine synergistic approaches to enhance healing. They even offer a free 10-minute phone consultation, to ensure that clients find the practitioners and offerings that will lead them on a successful journey.
