Nature's Temptations presents a gourmet cooking fundraiser on January 11

Soups & Stews

Join Chef Liz of Nature's Temptations for a  gourmet cooking demonstration on Thursday, January 11th at 7:00 pm at Nature's Temptations. This event benefits the Ridgefield Library.

Chilly winter weather calls for delicious, warm soup!  Learn the secrets to making soups and stews your family will love, while chatting with and listening to the culinary musings of award-winning gourmet Executive Chef Liz Gagnon at Nature's Temptations. Chef Liz will show you how it's done while you sip wine, feast on a variety of her delectable creations, and then top off the evening by enjoying the six different soups and stews she's created right in front of you.

Class size is limited to ten guests and costs $65 per person.

As an add-on, you can sign up in advance to take home a bag filled with the recipes and ingredients for two of the evening's soups for an additional cost of $65. You will receive enough food to feed a family of 4 with each bag.

Click here to purchase tickets and add-on bag of ingredients if desired.

The class will be held at Nature's Temptations, 32 Prospect Street in Ridgefield.

All proceeds will benefit the Annual Operating Fund of the Ridgefield Library.
