Local Artist Chris Froehlich Exhibit Opening at Wooster Hollow Cafe on Saturday

Wooster Hollow Cafe (659 Danbury Rd. in Ridgefield, CT) is hosting an Art Exhibition & Reception featuring Chris Froehlich this Saturday, December 16 from  6-8pm.

Chris is the 13th local artist who has displayed their work at Wooster Hollow Cafe.

Chris was classically trained in Art at Staples High School by Jim Wheeler. He learned the principles of conceptual space and structure and was taught to feel the elements of our liveliest color. Chris believes that art is personal and adventurous. He is constantly looking to have his pieces 'push back" sculpturally, spatially and emotionally.  By doing this he feels that he is a conduit for greater truths within himself that he was not aware of before creating the piece. Chris will be present to explain his works and there will be wine and appetizers served at the reception.

Admission is complimentary and all are welcome.

Ron Herman the owner of Wooster Hollow Cafe said, "This event marks the 13th exhibition over 3 years displaying the works of local artists at Wooster Hollow Cafe. I have to credit Joan Kendall, with the idea to display local art at Wooster Hollow."  Ron continued "Joan is an accomplished painter and was the first artist to exhibit at Wooster Hollow Cafe. She has identified and arranged all 13 exhibitions and has helped transform our restaurant into a cozy local art cafe!"
