Ridgefield Academy to Offer New Summer Programs

Looking for dynamic and diverse summer programs for your child this summer?

Ridgefield Academy is excited to announce its new and enhanced programs for children entering Preschool through Grade 8. The revamped program includes an exciting array of program offerings for older children, flexible schedules, swimming activities, and a longer day with the option of extended care until 5pm. Camp is open to the public, and begins on June 18, 2018, and will run for 6 weeks.

For our youngest campers, Camp Landmark allows families to get a glimpse of what goes on during the regular school year in a fun, condensed summer opportunity for children to discover the magic of Landmark Preschool. Each week will comprise a different theme and will run from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm.

Patriot Camp is designed for children entering Kindergarten through Grade 5 and offers three exciting weeks of traditional day camp, including activities such as swimming, sports, cooking, science, technology, and games, and three of our most popular themed weeks: Trip Week, Science Week and Art Week. The camp day has been extended from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.

The Explorer Programs for children entering Grades 5-8 offer great flexibility and challenge for older students who enjoy soccer (Red Bull Soccer Academy) and/or lacrosse sports skill development (Lone Wolf Lacrosse Camp), STEM challenges, rock band jams, rocketry, math enrichment, cooking activities, or community service volunteer work.

Two workshops are offered each day; one during the morning and one in the afternoon, and programs will run from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. With dynamic programming and a wide array of offerings, every child is sure to look forward to coming to Ridgefield Academy this summer!
