WOULD YOU LIKE TO SERVE ON A RIDGEFIELD BOARD OR COMMITTEE?

RIDGEFIELD, CT, OCTOBER 1, 2014--The Ridgefield Economic Development Commission has an opening for a new member. The purpose of the commission is to seek to implement orderly and planned economic development, in keeping with the character of the town. Meetings are held monthly, or at least ten times per year; the term of each member is one year. At this time, the Commission is looking for candidates with town or municipal planning experience.  

Vacancies exist on the following other boards as well:

  •       Architectural Advisory Committee (alternate position)
  •       Cable TV Advisory Council
  •       Commission on the Disabled
  •       Northwest Regional Mental Health Board
  •       Pension Commission
  •       Ridgefield Arts Council
  •       Ridgefield Housing Authority
  •       Tree Committee
