Ridgefield BOS Public Hearing on February 4 to Consider Sale of 9.8 Acres of Land on Sunset Lane

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ridgefield Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing, at 7:30 p.m. on February 4, 2015 at the Ridgefield Town Hall, 400 Main Street, Ridgefield, Connecticut, in the large conference room, pursuant to Section 3-9 of the Ridgefield Town Charter and Section 7-163e of the Connecticut General Statutes to consider the sale of a parcel of property consisting of 9.858 acres of land located on Sunset Lane (formerly a portion of the “Schlumberger Corporate Headquarters Property”) in the Town of Ridgefield, County of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, between the Town of Ridgefield, as Seller, and Charter Group Partners, LLC, as Buyer.
