Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ridgefield Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on June 22, 2016 at the Ridgefield Town Hall, 400 Main Street, Ridgefield, Connecticut, in the large conference room, pursuant to Section 3-9 of the Ridgefield Town Charter and Section 7-163e of the Connecticut General Statutes to consider the Lease Agreement for the Teen Barn at Six Governor Street, Ridgefield, CT, between the Town of Ridgefield, as Lessor, and the Ridgefield Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield as Lessee.
