Special Town Meeting on Monday: Lease between Town of Ridgefield and Henny Penny Farm
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ridgefield Board of Selectmen will hold a Special Town Meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2016 at the Ridgefield Town Hall, 400 Main Street, Ridgefield, Connecticut, in the large conference room, to act on a proposed lease of approximately 15 acres on Old Stagecoach Road, Ridgefield, CT between the Town of Ridgefield as lessor and Whitney Freeman as lessee.
