On Monday, September 23, as a result of a domestic incident which occurred on September 22, 2013, which resulted in an AMBER Alert being issued a warrant was applied for and granted by the Danbury Superior Court. Mr. Lupo was charged with:
- Violation of a protective order
- Disorderly conduct
- Interfering with an emergency call
- and failure to have a child safety seat
Mr. Lupo was processed and released after posting a $500.00 bond, with the help of a bail bondsman, to appear in Danbury Superior Court on September 24, 2013.
