Criminal Mischief
On Friday, March 27, 2015 at approximately 6:15 pm the Ridgefield Police Department received a call reporting criminal mischief to a vehicle in the Casagmo Condominium complex. It was reported that two youths had spray painted graffiti on a parked vehicle and were walking in the area. Officers responding to the area were able to locate two youths who matched the description provided by the caller.
Through their investigation the officers determined that the youths were responsible for spray painting graffiti on multiple other vehicles and businesses in the area not only that evening, but the previous evening as well.
Both youths were issued Juvenile Summonses for Criminal Mischief 1st and are scheduled to appear in Danbury Juvenile Court on April 6, 2015 at 9:30 am. Both youths were released to the custody of their parents.
