On Wednesday April 22, Ridgefield Police Officer Dan Gjodesen was recognized as the Ridgefield Police Department's 2014 Officer of the Year. The special event took place at the Leir Retreat Center in Ridgefield with a delicious dinner hosted by the Ridgefield Exchange Club.
Officer Gjodesen received a plaque from both the Exchange Club and the Police Commission. He was also awarded a Proclamation from the Town of Ridgefield.
