On Sunday, October 12 at approximately 8:20 am, Ridgefiield Police discovered a disabled vehicle in the parking lot of East Ridge Middle School. The vehicle had sustained severe damage and the operator was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
The operator, a resident of White Plains, was placed under arrest for DUI and given a court date of 10/27 at Danbury Superior Court. The location where the vehicle had been damaged could not be determined.
