According to Ridgefield Police Chief John Roche, “There are a wide variety of criminals who use today's technology to prey on the emotions of people to steal their money.” Roche will teach you how to identify and avoid internet, telephone and general homeowner scams in a seminar at Founders Hall on Friday, Jan. 27 at 1pm.
Located at 193 Danbury Road, Founders Hall is a donor-supported education and recreation center for people age 60 and older. This seminar is free and open to the public.
