On Friday, June 17th at 10:26 PM, Ridgefield Police responded to a two car motor vehicle accident on Danbury Road. Both occupants, a 20-year-old man from Woodbury and a 38-year-old woman from Ridgefield, were transported to Danbury Hospital and treated for serious injuries. The roadway was closed for three hours for investigation. The incident remains under investigation.
