Ridgefield Police Reports: Several Arrest Warrants Obtained

July 19 - After receiving a report of an erratic operator on Ethan Allen Highway, the vehicle was located and stopped. A brief investigation determined that the operator was driving with a suspended license and has an active warrant due to a failure to appear in court. The operator was arrested for operating under suspension as well as the warrant.

On July 22 - A 26 year old woman of Redding turned herself in to the Ridgefield Police Department for an active warrant. She had been charged with Failure to Appear 2nd Degree. She was processed and released after posting bond and is set to appear at the Danbury Superior Court on August 8, 2017.

July 23 -  A 32 year old man from South Salem turned himself in at Ridgefield Police Department on an active arrest warrant for Larceny 6th Degree. On May 28, 2017 he was seen stealing lottery tickets from a local gas station. He was released on a $100.00 bond and was given a court date of August 8, 2017 at Danbury Court House.
