Rotary Club Of Scarsdale Celebrates 94th Anniversary

Rotary Club of Scarsdale, NY is hosting a Classical Guitar concert at Chat American Grill.

Felix Kellaway, a well-respected concert guitarist from Britain, has worked extensively and harmoniously with dozens of Rotary Clubs around the world.  Felix is one of the most exciting classical guitarists of his generation. Since finishing his studies in 2014, he has given recitals as a soloist in sixteen countries, taking him to prestigious venues such as the Bolivar Hall in London, Sala de Turina in Sevilla, and Wiener Saal in Salzburg.

Felix calls his Rotary concerts “Branching Out,” which celebrates the special relationship between Europe and the USA and the rich cultural heritage and roots that we share. Felix combines British, Irish, German and Spanish sounds with some of the great American music of the twentieth century. The performance is brought into the here and now with an array of pieces by modern day composers.

There is no charge to attend the concert.  Brunch is optional.  Residents of Scarsdale are welcome and encouraged to join us for our 94th Anniversary party and to meet the members of your local Rotary club.

The public is invited to join us Saturday, October 21 at

Chat American Grill, 1 Christie Place, Scarsdale at 11:00am
