Armenian Genocide 100th Anniversary Commemoration is Saturday at the State Capitol

The Armenian Genocide 100th Anniversary Commemoration will take place at the Connecticut State Capitol in Hartford (210 Capitol Avenue) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25.

The event is free and open to the public.

The keynote speaker will be author Chris Bohjalian. The event will also include an invocation by Rev. Fr. Archpriest Untzag Nalbandian, musical selections by harpist Sharon Hanjian-Rondeau, a talk by Rev. Fr. Kapriel Mouradjian, Suzanne Shabazzian singing the American and Armenian National Anthems, and a closing prayer by Rev. Fr. Archpriest Aram Stepanian.
