Free Substance Abuse Prevention Workshop at Immaculate High School Tomorrow Night

Immaculate High School will offer a free informational workshop on substance abuse and available support systems entitled Dare to Discuss on Wednesday, November 30 at 7pm at the school.

The public is invited to attend this important program sponsored by Community Addiction & Recovery Education & Support (CARES). Topics/presenters include:

The Dangers of Drinking & Drugs Damaging Our Youth - Sharon Davidson

A local educator & mother of a young woman who lost her life to a drug overdose speaks about her experiences.

Drop Your Pride - Aaron Cooksey

Keynote Speaker and Creator of Drop Your Pride

Everyone Knows Someone – Matthew DeLuca

In recovery, he introduces a campaign to end the stigma and

start the conversation regarding substance abuse.
