9th Annual Chili Warm-Up is set for March 26 & features hili tasting, children’s activities, music beer & wine, vendors, family fun & more
The Danbury Westerners in conjunction with the Danbury Sports Dome, Fairfield County Bank, Berkshire Broadcasting and a group of dedicated volunteers are proud to once again offer the 9th Annual Chili Warm-Up at The Danbury Sports Dome on Sunday, March 26th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. We’re pleased to announce that our Hot Stuff Title sponsor is Fairfield County Bank.
The Chili Warm-Up is from 1:00-4:00pm and provides family fun including arts and crafts, a bouncy house, chili sampling, live music, vendors and much more. For the first time, we’ll offer beer & wine for purchase by those 21 and over. The cost for the event is $5.00 per person or $20 for a family of four or more. Purchase your tickets in advance HERE or you can pay at the door.
All chili cooks are invited as the competition is open to nonprofit community organizations, fraternal organizations, restaurants/caterers, first responders and the general public. The entry fee for all divisions is $50. Non-profit/Public winners will be awarded cash prizes, 1st $500, 2nd $250 and 3rd, $125. The Restaurant/Caterer division will receive plaques and bragging rights.
