On Thursday, April 2nd from 2:00 - 3:30pm, Maria Poirier Brandriff will give a presentation at the Southbury Library on how you can create delicious chocolate truffles! All recipients will have the opportunity to enjoy a sample or more and take some of those lovely treats home!
This is a perfect way to try a new skill just in time for the Easter and Passover holidays!
