Local Women Launch Empowerment Organization in Southbury Area

B.I.G. offers local entrepreneurial-minded women a path to personal, professional and financial opportunities and fulfillment

Thousands of women throughout the Northeast have been finding life changing opportunities through the popular women’s organization called B.I.G. (Believe, Inspire, Grow).

B.I.G. is a women's empowerment organization designed to help women of all ages identify and embrace their true life’s purpose, both professionally and personally and transform these passions into viable, sustainable and professional opportunities. Some women are already business owners – others are exploring the next chapter in their lives.

Each month, B.I.G. members throughout the region have the opportunity to join together in safe and supportive environments at local group meetings where they experience positive peer support, gain valuable professional information and have the opportunity to build new and vibrant relationships that can help them move their personal and professional passions forward.

Now, thanks to local leader Amy Polacko of Southbury, CT, who is an Executive Regional Vice President with the vegan wellness company Arbonne International, B.I.G. has come to the area. The group’s co-leader is Kathie Nitz, a longtime Southbury businesswoman who is a life strategist and inspirational speaker. Polacko and Nitz invite all local area women who seek more professional fulfillment in their lives to come to a complimentary launch event on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at noon at the newly renovated Heritage Hotel Spa & Conference Center’s “Heritage Room” at 522 Heritage Road in Southbury. An optional lunch will be available for $17 including tax and gratuity. (Please bring cash or check.)

“I am excited about introducing this inspirational and supportive organization to women in our community,” says Polacko. “I led the Ridgefield B.I.G. Pod for three years so I’ve seen firsthand that when women join together in a nurturing environment they instinctually want to support each other and help each other move forward personally and professionally. ”

Membership in the organization is all-inclusive and members are able to attend unlimited meetings throughout the entire organization at no additional costs.

Founded in September 2009 in Bernardsville, NJ, B.I.G. has been rapidly expanding to communities throughout the country. The B.I.G. Southbury pod meetings will be held on the last Wednesday of every month at noon in the Heritage Hotel’s “Heritage Room.” Women are encouraged to visit the B.I.G. website at (www.believeinspiregrow.com) or download the B.I.G. App by searching: believe inspire grow.  To learn more about how to take the next step in their business lives women are encouraged to contact Amy Polacko at amyn@myarbonne.com. Pre-registration via the website is encouraged for all meetings.
