Celebrate National Trails Day on June 5 at Phillips Farm in Southbury

Connecticut is proud to host the largest National Trails Day® celebration in the nation.  Southbury residents can celebrate National Trails Day on Sunday, June 5 at Phillips Farm, Silver Beech Road (off Jacob Road) from 1:30pm - 3:30pm. Phillips Farm is owned and managed by the Southbury Land Trust.
 
Meet Regina Badura (Stewardship Director for the Southbury Land Trust) and Egbert Most on Silver Beech Road. Look for orange traffic cones. We will build a spur trail to connect Silver Beech Road with Phillips Farm's Yellow Loop Trail. Bring water, trail tool of choice, work gloves and wear hiking boots. Heavy rain cancels. Meet on Silver Beech Road (off Jacob Road), between 85 Silver Beech Road and 119 Silver Beech Road. Look for orange traffic cones.
