Pomperaug Woods recently welcomed Tara Justus as its new Marketing Director, as the community prepares for the “Silver Tsunami,” the time when a growing number of Baby Boomers begin seeking residence in retirement communities. Justus brings leadership experience in senior living marketing and sales to the community, having previously worked as marketing director for Ardenwoods Retirement Community in Arden, North Carolina. In her new role, Justus will lead the marketing and sales team to understand the individual needs and desires of area seniors and educate them about lifestyle and wellness options.
