Join us this Sunday evening as Jenna Gonzalez-Dooley discusses Meditation and the Creative Process. Jenna will explore the relationship between meditation and creative expression and how these practices interact, drawing from her personal experience as both a visual artist and daily meditator. Come join us for an artistically energizing evening and connect with the creator in yourself! 

Talk is followed by instruction in meditation and a 30 minute meditation session. Please join us and like, share, and tag this invitation with friends, family, and especially people that bug you! Sunday Meditation Programs for World Peace and Healing ★ are held weekly and offered free of charge to everyone. All levels are encouraged to participate. Beginners are invited to come and begin experiencing the tangible benefits of meditation. Those with more experience will find support in sustaining and enhancing their practice.
