Middlebury fatal crash arrest
On October 25, 2015 Vehicle #1 was traveling on I-84 eastbound in the left lane of two travel lanes in the Town of Middlebury, CT. Vehicle #1 left the roadway and crossed over the center median, and impacted with Vehicle #2 in the westbound lanes of I-84, before coming to an uncontrolled final rest on its roof top. Both Vehicle #1 and Vehicl #2 sustained extensive disabling damage. As a result of the accident, operator #2, Kevin Klein was fatally injured.
At the conclusion of the investigation, a warrant was issued for the accused for Manslaughter, for Operating Under the Influcence, and Failure to Drive in the Established Lane. Upon learnig of the outstanding warrant for her arrest, NJ authoritoes tppl Eroca Weinman into custody as a Fugitive from Justice. She was transported to Monmouth County Jail in Freehold NJ to Troop A in Southbury where the accident was investigated. Weinman was processed and released on a $100,000.000 court set bond. She was issued a court day of 10/26/16 in Waterbury.
