State Police report that on December 27 at approximately 5:00 pm, a wallet was taken from an unlocked motor vehicle at Ballantine Park in Southbury. A white sedan with tinted windows and possible New Jersey plates was seen in the area at the time of the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Southbury Police at 203-264-5912. The Southbury Police remind residents that all windows should be closed and doors locked in unoccupied vehicles whereever they may be parked.
