CT State Police Arrest Portland Man in Connection with Fatal Accident that Took Place in Southbury in 2016
CT State Police say that on April 18 at approximately 12:20 pm, William Foley 3rd was apprehended at his girlfriend's home in Portland, CT on an arrest warrant for Misconduct with a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Signal. Both charges were the result of a fatal motor vehicle accident that took place in Southbury on May 13, 2016.
According to Police, Foley was unable to post a $50,000 bond and will be arraigned in Waterbury on April 19, 2017.
