1. It’s AN ISLAND – how cool is that?
Situated in Long Island sound just off the Westport/Norwalk shore, we offer seven acres of natural beauty. Small passenger boats ferry members to and from the island where you can barbeque, swim on the private beach or just relax.
2. 360 Degree views of Long Island Sound!
Take in some of the best sunset views along the coast. The island features one of the highest points on the Connecticut shoreline and is a favorite place for star-gazing, super moons and camp outs.
3. Rustic Charm
Throw a few things in your cooler and head out. Our club has lockers, changing rooms with showers, a snack bar, barbeque grills with picnic tables and a private beach equipped with chairs and beach toys. A large covered deck is always available for shelter from a summer soaker.
4. Bring your Boat!
We offer moorings and drysail for small boats including Sunfish, kayaks and paddleboards. If you don’t own your own boat, don’t fret! We have a fleet of kayaks and paddleboards for members’ use.
5. Sailboat Races!
Our club hosts weekly Sunday afternoon Flying Scot races and a series of weekend Regattas for both the experienced seamen, to the novice.
6. Be a Part of it!
We are committed to keeping the island beautiful while keeping our operating costs down. Members contribute 10 hours of service during the season toward the clubs’ operation.
From movie nights, to fishing derby’s, to scavenger hunts and a brand-new playground, there are plenty of activities for the young and young at heart.
8. Did somebody say HAPPY HOUR?
From regular Sunday afternoon cocktails under the happy hour tree, to Fourth of July celebrations, and clambakes hosted on the beach, there is always a reason to celebrate friendships made and time well spent here on the island.
9. Enjoy 3 Seasons
Get the most out of the season, opening on weekends in late April. The summer season officially begins with the flag-raising ceremony on Memorial Day weekend and close mid- October with Octoberfest celebrations complete with sauerkraut and lederhosen!

We are a small club with a big heart! We pride ourselves on keeping membership small so it’s never overcrowded and we have tons of fun!
