(Stamford, NY – August 12, 2016) On August 11, 2016, New York State Police at Margaretville arrested Justin L. Rymbicky, 28, of Stamford, NY for the felony of criminal mischief 3rd degree and the violation of harassment 2nd degree.
This arrest occurred after troopers were advised of a dispute that occurred at a home on Fieldstone Drive in the Town of Stamford, on August 10. An investigation determined that during a dispute with his girlfriend, Justin threw her Iphone 6 plus into the toilet destroying it. He also pushed her during this dispute.
Rymbicky was arraigned in the adjoining Town of Stamford court and was released without bail required. His next court date is on Aug 23
