Interstate 95 was shut down by Exit 30 earlier today due to a multiple car collision on the northbound side. The highway has since been cleared and traffic started to move again.
Six Stratford fire units responded to the call just before 2 pm, with E1, E3, Tac 5, C3, C3, and Haz Mat 4 units on site. Five cars, including a tractor were involved in the incident and one motorist needed vehicle extrication. The accident took about an hour to clear before roads were re-opened.
