Eloise Cupcakes: A Sweet Sensation at The Cake Box in Ridgefield & Westport

Eloise cupcakes took the The Cake Box in Ridgefield and Westport by sweet storm yesterday in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. "Both locations sold out of Eloise cupcakes," Elizabeth Butler happily reports. "They are going to up the number [of cupcakes] next week," adds Butler.

Eloise cupcakes will be available at The Cake Box in Ridgefield and Westport every Wednesday for the next 3 weeks with proceeds being donated to CureSearch. Look for the yummy cupcakes topped with the Eloise purple flower.

"Come support the fight against childhood cancer in the sweetest way," says Elizabeth Butler, brainchild behind Eloise cupcakes.

The cupcakes are named in honor of Butler's niece, Eloise, who passed away from Rhabdomyosarcoma in 2010. The purple flower is inspired by Eloise’s artwork and her love of flowers.

Butler and her family are dedicated to helping build awareness and to raise necessary funds for lifesaving research to help other families impacted by childhood cancer.

CureSearch for Children’s Cancer uses 95% of every dollar received to support children’s cancer research and educational resources for parents and families. For more information, visit www.curesearch.org.

The Cake Box is located at 1 Big Shop Lane in Ridgefield and 10 Bay Street in Westport.

"Come out and support the cause on Wednesday. A sweet way to make a difference in the lives of families and children impacted by cancer!" says Butler.
