Meyer Jabara Hotels: Giving Back at 40

This spring, Ridgefield resident and Chairman of the Board of Western Connecticut Health Network (WCHN), Richard Jabara and partner William Meyer, celebrated 40 years of Meyer Jabara Hotels (MJ Hotels).

For four decades, Meyer Jabara Hotels has remained dedicated to giving back to communities. One of those hotels is The Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa.

From their participation in the popular Chowdafest last week (they didn’t win but made a killer Norwalk Oyster and Tomato Stew) to the Greenwich Food and Wine Festival - The Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa has the foodie scene covered!

The Hotel recently participated in Red Nose Day, raising funds to put an end to childhood poverty, and a backpack drive for kids in Danbury.

Just yesterday, Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa donated a weekend night for two (complete with a breakfast buffet) to support the SPHERE Gala during this, the nonprofit’s 30th year of helping adults with developmental disabilities achieve their dreams.

Thank you to Meyer Jabara Hotels and The Stamford Marriott for being part of the fabric of communities in Connecticut and beyond and congratulations to 40 years!
