Sing Along to the Songs of Grease

Join this fun sing-along version of the classic film "Grease," the highest grossing musical film ever in the U.S., on Saturday, July 26, at 4 pm in the Westport Library's McManus Room. The program is free and open to the public (1950s attire welcome!), and afterwards enjoy Grease-inspired "Pink Lady" custard from Shake Shack.

In the film, it's California in1959, and greaser Danny Zuko (John Travolta) and Australian Sandy Olsson (Olivia Newton-John) are in love. They frolic at the beach in the summer, but discover fundamental differences between them when they return to high school. Danny is the leader of the T-Birds, a group of black-jacket greasers, while Sandy hangs with the Pink Ladies, a group of girls who always wear pink.
