Born in 1985 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, at the age of six he began his piano studies. When his parents immigrated to Israel he studied with Irena Vishnevitsky and later with Professor Arieh Vardi at the Rubin Academy of Music in Tel Aviv. In the states, Rabinovich studied under Seymour Lipkin at the Curtis Institute. Roman also excels as a gifted artist and has won prizes as a painter. He often combines his concerts with exhibitions of his paintings.
