Ina Chadwick's MouseMuse Presents This Suburban Life at 323 Main in Westport on 9/23

From Ina Chadwick's MouseMuse Productions comes the creation she's been dying to do ever since she left the local newspaper business in 1995---This Suburban Life: Where Main Street Meets Wall Street. Chadwick is an award-winning print editor as well as a lauded essayist and an event-producer extraordinaire. "No one will get hurt," she promised, "but we will shine a laugh-at-ourselves light at this revue." And no one puts on a better show of local talent than Chadwick.

MouseMuse's signature combination of spoken-word and musical performances is an experiment that the owner of 323 Main, Adam Faillace, is thrilled to be investing in. The show is free of charge. The food, overseen by the former chef of the Plaza's Oak Room, is a mix of casual and noteworthy. Chadwick is joined by the satirist, musician, and wit, Duncan Christy---veteran of the Harvard Lampoon and former editorial director of Delta Sky Magazine. MouseMuse regular Maureen Hallock, whose next stop should be the Foxwoods stage, will be part of the ensemble. Lisa Dahlstrom, a local cabaret and musical actress, will round out the group.
