Countdown to Westport Arts Center's Fundraiser Gala - "Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil" May 16

Less than three weeks are left until a special night that will tilt your scales! The Westport Arts Center's "Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil” fundraiser gala will take place on May 16 at 8 p.m. at Vespa and the Green at National Hall in downtown Westport.

Tickets for the party are available through westportartscenter.org or by calling the Westport Arts Center at 203/222-7070.

Enjoy the local rock band Tangled Vine, succumb to the evil temptations of the bourbon bar, or be an angel to the arts at the silent auction.  Take devilish delight in the voodoo garden, or be enchanted by the heavenly landscapes created by local designers and artists.  The night will be full of surprise entertainment and artisans who will help guide you down the path, whether you choose a path of good…or evil.

The event honors Lance Lundberg, Chairman of the Westport Arts Center, for his contributions to the arts. Lundberg also serves as the Silver Hill Hospital Development Chair and Chairman of Verde Energy USA, and is Past Chairman of World Presidents Organization (WPO) - Fairchester Chapter.

Corporate and Foundation sponsors for the event include Westport Resources, Fairfield County Bank, BeFoundation/SpreadMusicNow, Bernstein Global Wealth Management, Cohen and Wolf, P.C., EC Infosystems, Inc., Morgan Stanley – The Hofstetter Baron Group, Sontag Advisory, Mitchell’s Family of Stores, Silver Hill Hospital, Carl Marks Foundation, and Verde Energy USA Inc.  In-kind sponsors include 4th Row Films, Stacy Bass, James Garrity Landscape Design, Lillian August, Moffly Media, Stamford Tent, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Vespa, and gWAY Printing & Graphics.

Importantly, the gala helps fund programs right here in our community. The Westport Arts Center is committed to outreach programs for under-served schools in Bridgeport and Norwalk, and therapeutic arts experiences for unique populations such as the elderly, cancer patients, military veterans who are homeless, and children with special needs.  In the Westport area, the Arts Center presents great Chamber music and Jazz programs, and hosts significant artists on exhibition in its gallery.

Tickets for the dinner preceding the party are already sold out, so be sure to get your party tickets today. Which path will you choose...good or evil?
