"All prayer is love, and love is never wasted," said author Madeleine L'Engle. One little Methodist church in Rowayton has put that thought to action with a community prayer box and is accepting requests for prayers.
The Rowayton United Methodist Church invites the community to join the congregation in the blessing of its Prayer Box Ministry by attending a brief dedication ceremony of the new prayer box on Sunday, April 24th at 10:45 am.
Designed by local artist Brian Kammerer, the green prayer box is located on Pennoyer Street near the intersection of Rowayton Avenue.
All are welcome to place written requests in the box by using the cards found there. Your requests will be lifted up and held in prayer by the pastor and members of our prayer team. How may we pray for you?
