The Westport Weston Y Is Hiring

The Westport Weston Family Y’s new Bedford Family Center is allowing our Y to serve more local families and individuals in more ways than ever before.

Since our grand opening on Oct. 6, 2014, membership has grown considerably, with member visits to the 54,000 sq. ft. facility at the Y’s 32-acre Mahackeno increasing week by week

Already one of our community’s leading employers, the Family Y is looking for energetic people who are ready to make a positive impact on our community by joining the Y as a full- or part-time employee.

Positions include:

Member Service Representatives

Lifeguards

Swim Instructors

Child Care Staff

Sports Staff

Court Supervisors

Facility Supervisors

If you think you would be a good fit for the Family Y team, join us at one of our upcoming job fairs, where you will have an opportunity to learn more about open positions, fill out an application and even interview with a program director that day.

These “on the spot interviews” will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 6:30-8:30 pm and Saturday, Dec. 20, 10 am–12 noon at the Westport Weston Family Y, 14 Allen Raymond Lane, Westport.

Allen Raymond Lane is reached via the short connector road leading from Route 33 (Wilton Road) toward the northbound on-off ramp at Exit 41 of the Merritt Parkway. Stay in the right lane and proceed past the Red Barn restaurant toward the Y’s parking lot.

A charitable nonprofit organization governed by volunteer leaders, the Family Y employs individuals without regard to a person’s race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.
