Spring Lax is Back!

WESTPORT PAL BOYS LACROSSE IS PREPARING FOR THE 2015 SEASON!

The PAL Boys Lacrosse will hold its annual parent/player meeting and equipment drive on Sunday, Feb. 1  from 2:00-3:30pm in the Saugatuck Elementary School Auditorium. Parents of current players should attend. If your son is interested but not yet registered please come here about the program!

The meeting will allow attendees to meet the program directors and coaches and to learn about Westport’s boys lacrosse programs.

Players in grades 5-8 should attend. Bantams and 4th graders do not need to attend. The meeting will provide an overview of the program and the goals for the program. The coaches will review the evaluation and team selection process for travel teams. This meeting will answer many parent questions. Parents are encouraged to attend in order to be informed about the PAL Lacrosse program.

Equipment Exchange

Every year, PAL holds an equipment exchange. Families donate equipment that their son no longer uses (NO HELMETS). All PAL participants are welcome to use equipment donated at the equipment exchange. We ask that players return the equipment to the PAL after outgrowing it so it can be used again.

Please bring any equipment and pinneys no longer in use to the meeting on Sunday. There will be a table outside the auditorium where PAL will accept donations. At 3pm, PAL will hold its equipment exchange. Players are welcome to take any donated equipment and use it for the season. If players have borrowed equipment from the PAL in the past, they are asked to please bring it back on Sunday so it can be used again this year.

Registration is open on the PAL Website at www.westportpal.org/Page.asp?n=27699&org=WESTPORTPAL.ORG.
