The Fairfield County Chapter of the American Marketing Association announced today that Carlene Armetta has been elected to their board of directors and will serve as President-Elect. Ms. Armetta’s role will be instrumental in leading the chapter to serve as a professional forum, connecting like-minded individuals. The chapter also fosters knowledge sharing, provides resources and relevant programming, tools and training to support marketing practice and thought leadership throughout both Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Ms. Armetta joins newly elected president, Richard Rapp, and Frank Moriya, who was re-elected as secretary and treasurer.

Ms. Armetta brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, marketing insight, partnership development and innovation to the chapter. She is a senior marketing and partnership executive, specializing in B2B and B2C lead generation, customer acquisition programs, partnership sales, marketing efforts and customer cross-sell and retention programs. Ms. Armetta has worked at a number of notable companies including: Pitney Bowes, Citibank, MBNA America and The Learning Care Group. She is also an active member of the King Low Heywood Parent’s Association and serves as a board member for both the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens and The Fairchester Network Group.
