Wilton’s Marvin Gardens Closing it’s Garden Gates to Re Bloom online

Iconic giant red snails will no longer be gracing Rte 7

Wilton, Ct. The giant red snails that grace the entrance of Marvin Gardens will be heading home when Marvin Garden’s closes it’s gates on April 15th.  Famed for its iconic and unique collection of home and garden antiques, Marvin Gardens will be open daily from 11 to 4 or by phone (203.856.0309) for all those treasure hunters searching for something special at drastically reduced prices.

Amabel Chan, the creative force behind the Gardens, says, “We are reinventing ourselves and will focus on internet sales, antique and garden shows as well as private events and client services.  My journey, here, has been filled with experiences, adventures and amazing people.  It is bittersweet as I close the garden gates…I have met so many people that have enriched my life in such wonderful ways.”

Over the years, Marvin Gardens has been known for its unique finds…stroll through the gardens and discover big and small vintage bird cages, ornate stone and iron urns, French inspired garden gates, baskets of antique silverware and herds of artfully crafted farm animals, all part of a collection of beautiful objects that conveyed a sense of individuality.

“At Marvin Gardens we amassed a collection of truly unique objects for home and garden that convey a strong sense of individuality.  Our design philosophy encourages risk taking and willingness for clients incorporate the unusual and unexpected elements.

We will continue to create, not follow trends in our new business footprint,” adds Chan.
