Bistro Seven in Wilton, CT has announced some exciting changes, and they're throwing a party to celebrate! Head Chef Tony Kalamanidis is leaving their team to start his own food truck, and Sous/Pastry Chef Marcelino Martinez is taking up the helm. Harrison Schaefer will be joining as Sous Chef.
The Restaurant will be closed Oct 7th and Oct 8th to prepare for a grand reopening party on October 9th. Patrons can expect exciting changes to the menu and a continued commitment to local sourcing in partnership with Debra Sloane from Sloane Farm and Donna Simons from Pound Ridge Organics. The beverage menu is also being completely updated by Front Manager Cristian Caldarariu.
Seatings are at 5:30 pm, 7 pm, and 8:30 pm; $39 per person.
