These are the programs that top fertility center Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT) is rolling out for the month of June. Many of our programs are on-going, free and open to the public. This month, we have a very special seminar for men– and women - held on a Saturday for those of you out there who can’t attend programs during the week.
We create these programs just for you. Based on feedback and suggestions from you and ideas from our compassionate and creative RMACT team members.
Whether you are a RMACT patient or not, if you have not tried any of these programs yet, make a commitment to yourself to come to at least one program in the month of June.

What is Fertile Yoga?
When Lisa Rosenthal (RYT-200) created Fertile Yoga, she wanted to draw from her 25 years of experience in the fertility field (both professionally and personally) to create a new type of yoga. The goal was to cater to the unique physical and emotional needs of infertility patients. The result is Fertile Yoga, which helps men and women reconnect with their bodies and promotes relaxation. Through gentle, thoughtful movements and guided meditation, infertility patients are able to reduce stress and muscle tension. Each class encourages mindfulness and culminates with meditation.
