Good2Gourmet has opened on 31 Vitti Street, New Canaan and the new food concept states it will "change your life - for the better". Their mission is to provide convenient meal options for families across Fairfield County by offering prepared dishes that are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The meals are fully cooked, chilled for maximum freshness, and served in oven-safe containers for easy heating.
New Canaan resident, company founder and busy mom – Lisa Strupp conceived the idea when she became increasingly frazzled coping with her four children's different mealtimes and food demands. Dialing for takeout each time was not a healthy option.
The menu has been compiled by in-house Executive Chef, Eric Ulbrich. Chef Eric is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and has been voted “Best Chef America” by his peers in 2015. The tantalizing menu provides maximum flavors with minimum sodium and no additives!
I went along to the soft launch yesterday and have to admit that I am very impressed. There is ample parking outside, the interior is clean and spacious and the food looks very appetizing. The menu has a good selection of salads, fish, meat, soups, sides, pasta sauces and desserts. Following are the Pasta's taken from their menu:

I believe it will change your life for the better, so I am giving myself the night off cooking tonight. We have a bunch of friends coming over for drinks, so while that happens I plan to have my Kale Infused Penne Rigate in the oven!
Good2Gourmet is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am - 7pm and Sunday 11am - 6pm.
